Knology was a cable company that started out in 1994 headquartered in West Point Georgia, that provided digital cable, home phone service and high speed internet until it was acquired by WOW! (WideOpenWest) on the 18th of July in the year 2012 for $19.75 per share in cash. All links on the Knology web page will be redirected to a WOW! web site. This acquisition was for the purpose of expanding WOW! and Knology was a good fit, with this merger they had 800,00 thousand customers in 13 states as of July 19, 2012 as announced by the former general manager of Knology and now the vice president and general manager of WOW! in Augusta.
WOW! now offers digital cable, HDTV, DVRS, high-speed internet and local and long distance phone service.
Knology Bill Pay
WOW! account manager offers paperless billing, which is an easy and convenient way to receive and pay your monthly bill online. Once you sign up for paperless billing you will stop receiving your paper statements in the mail and you will start receiving updates via email when your next statement is viewable online. You can sign up or log in to WOW! account manager here. Once you are logged in, you can select Billing Center to make your payment, payments made online are posted to your account immediately, so there will be no need to wait.
Knology SafePay
SafePay will allow you to have an option of receiving your monthly bill electronically and make your payments online. The option for SafePay will appear once you are logged in to your WOW! Account Manager, it is under Billing Center.
Doxo
Doxo is a third party payment option that you can use to pay your WOW! bills as well as other bills as long as they are affiliated with Doxo plus there’s a mobile app for Iphones and Android phones which you can download from the App Store and Google Play respectively. You can log in to Doxo here.
