Prudential Insurance Online payment

If you have an existing account, just go ahead and log in. Then choose ‘Make a Payment’ to determine whether or not your current policy meets the criteria for an online payment mode.


Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)

Apart from making online payments for your loan or premiums, you may also register in Prudential’s EFT service. This allows you to schedule and manage your recurring payments online as well via your online access account.


Are there any other bill pay modes?

If you want to choose a different payment option for your Prudential Insurance policy or loan, you only have to get in touch with your insurance agent. To determine your bill pay history, just access your online account . Check out ‘Receipt of Last Payment Date’ on the Premiums page of your policy. Do bear in mind that complete policy data may not be accessible for policyholders who have multiple policies.
