Prudential Insurance Online payment

The fastest route to maintaining your Prudential Insurance active is by having an online ‘Account Access’. If you have no account yet, simply visit their official website and register . Otherwise call 1-800-778-43-55 for by phone enrollment.

If you have an existing account, just go ahead and log in. Then choose ‘Make a Payment’ to determine whether or not your current policy meets the criteria for an online payment mode.

 

Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)

Apart from making online payments for your loan or premiums, you may also register in Prudential’s EFT service. This allows you to schedule and manage your recurring payments online as well via your online access account.

 

Are there any other bill pay modes?

If you want to choose a different payment option for your Prudential Insurance policy or loan, you only have to get in touch with your insurance agent. Be reminded that for any changes made on your account, such as bill pay mode changes, it must be requested by the policy owner himself or herself. Schedule future payments

You can schedule future premium payments if your account is up-to-date. If it is so, you may then go ahead and enter your payment details and set the schedule of your payment up to thirty (30) days from the present date. NOTE: you can’t however schedule a payment date that is beyond your policy’s due date.

 

What if I’ve forgotten my previous premium payment?

To determine your bill pay history, just access your online account . Check out ‘Receipt of Last Payment Date’ on the Premiums page of your policy. Do bear in mind that complete policy data may not be accessible for policyholders who have multiple policies. Or else, call Prudential’s automated response system to know the amount of your next premium payment as well as the due date. Call Mondays through Fridays, 8am to 8pm (EST) at 1-800-778-22-55.
