Here you need to fill in the detailed information about your mortgage loan. Fill in the additional details and the account is setup. The login username and password on MyLoans is not similar to the one on Flagstar Bank online banking. Once setup, you need to verify your account with the activation code you receive on your e-mail. Check for spam box for any e-mail from myloan.notify@flagstar.com.

How to pay bill online

If you have any concerns, you can call on 1-800-968-7700, working hours are from Monday to Friday 7:30 AM – 8:00 PM Eastern Time and Saturday 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM Eastern Time.

Pay by phone

You can also call on 1-800-968-7700 and pay off your mortgage loan. Choose the proper payment option as per the IVR (automated system).

Pay at branch

You can also visit any nearest branch to payoff your mortgage loan. You can find the list of branches here. You need to enter the zip code; state or address in the field and you can choose from nearest branch within 25 mile radius to payoff your mortgage loan. The above link can also help you locate loan centers and ATMs.

Pay by mail

You can also mail the payoffs to the following address:  Flagstar Bank, Attention: Retail Lockbox 371891500 Ross Street, Room 154-470Pittsburgh, PA 15262. This address is for overnight payment on mortgage. You can either send fax or email. Following is the fee schedule for letter/fax/e-mail payoff.

  1. All Non-FHA Loans: $30
  2. FHA Loans: $5
  3. Loans in New Jersey: $0
