With My Mortgage info, you can view your current loan information, loan activities for about 50 transactions or up to 24 months, Escrow account information etc.
You can fill up a form for assistance with payment of mortgage loans. Click here to access the form. You need to enter your mortgage account number, valid Social security number, recent pay stub, and list of monthly expenses.
Pay online using Web banking
You can log on to your M&T Bank Savings or Checking account to pay off your mortgage loans. You can log in here to your web banking account. If you do not have a web banking account, you need to click on the “Enroll” button to get registered and enrolled to web banking. This is free of charge.

To pay mortgages by phone, call M&T Bank’s mortgage division on 1-800-724-2224. Their working hours are from 8:30 AM to 8 PM Eastern Time.
