Paying your bill

Registered customers can view their Kay accounts, pay the bill online and experience a fast and easy check out. New customers can create an account here and registered customers can log in by entering the username and password of the existing account here.

Kay Credit

Kay Credit gives you a credit line for your purchases and lets you pay regularly once a month with no annual fee. Applications are quick, safe and instant, apply here. You are allowed to apply for joint accounts at a Kay Jewelers branch only. Payments are made monthly on a specified due date and are posted the same day that the payment is made. Please note that you will need to enter your information every time you make a payment as Kay Jewelers does not retain your account information for your security.

Mail payments

Cash Payments

Cash payments should only be made at Kay Jeweler stores. You can find a branch near you here, by entering your street address, city, state or zip code then click find stores.
