This is a third party payment option where you can pay your bills using cash, check, money order, credit card, debit card or bank account. A service fee is charged if you choose to pay through Western Union. Accepted credit cards include Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
Under this payment method, your monthly bills are averaged based on your entire year’s usage. As such, you are protected from being charged a high bill amount during increased seasonal usage. The plan is reviewed every six months to adjust for any significant changes in usage.
